I have been lucky to recruit Michael while I was setting up the aircraft technical support for the DHL fleet at the new intercontinental hub in Leipzig, Germany. Originally selected as technician, Michadel rapidly demonstrated good administrative skills to backup a extensive technical intrest. Thereafter, while I was setting up the Maintenance Control Center, it became obvious to ask Michael to support us in this key function.
