The Eurofighter Typhoon is a twin-engine, canard delta wing, multirole fighter aircraft. It was designed and is manufactured by a consortium of Airbus, BAE Systems and Leonardo. The Typhoon is in service with the air forces of Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

After 4 years dual apprenticeship to become a certified electronic/avionic engineer, i joind EADS as prototype engineer.
While making my experience in the assembly of the Eurofighter i could learn about modern technology, join multiple aircraft system courses and strengthen myself in work organization.
After one year i took the opportunity to join the final assembly onsite and test team, which brought me to the UK, Spain and Italy for 4 years.
Assisting the station management and flight-line with daily coordination, logistical matters and team management I obviously enjoyed the complex gear mechanism that plays between different nations, people, working styles, cultural backgrounds and attitudes.
When I first started my courses in team building, team management and management culture but ever since, I know that one person in a team or a team in a organisation, can cause friction in the gear drive until it fails.
I learned to reduce friction and grease the gear.....
