Founded in 2021, DHL Air Austria is a 100% subsidiary of DHL Group and part of the division DHL Express. Together with European Air Transport (EAT), DHL Air Austria covers most of the European DHL network with a fleet of 18 Boeing 757 and 2 Boeing 767.
I participated with Implementation of new department structures, interfaces and elaboration of Maintenance Operation Control department.
Staff selection and training was topped up with team coaching.
Obviously, any change requires performance and quality supervision.
