Air Belgium is an airline founded in 2016. The airline is based in Belgium and operates from Brussels Airport and other destinations. Air Belgium currently operates 2 x Airbus A330-900 and 2 x Airbus A330-200 as well as 3 x 220-200F and 3 x 747-800F.
The airline's CEO, Niky Terzakis and his great Team have a target in view ....and they know how to get there!
I participated with Implementation of new department structures, interfaces and elaboration of Maintenance Operation Control department.
Staff selection and training was topped up with team coaching.
Obviously, any change requires performance and quality supervision.
